Returns
We offer free returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid label to return the item to us. All items 40% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. All merchandise marked on 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Follow the link above to start a return and make sure you use the generated prepaid label to ship your item(s) back.
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt, less original shipping charges. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, per your financial institution’s policies.
Need a different size, color or style? No problem! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. You will receive a new order confirmation and your order will ship within our shipping window. Then ship your original order back to us with the pre-paid label.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
